Teignmouth & Dawlish Drama Festival of One Act Plays

The newly re-named Teignmouth & Dawlish Drama Festival (TADDfest) is now in its 23rd year and is open to any amateur drama group, principally in Devon: both senior and youth groups are welcome.

A competitive festival for one-act plays, run under the same rules as the All England Theatre Festival (AETF) to which it is affiliated. The Festival will sees the preliminary rounds of the Western Division of the All England Festival and the entered plays will be adjudicated by Nick Wilkes, GoDA associate.

The winner will go on to the next round to be held at the Digby Hall in Sherborne, Dorset, on the 5th May.

The Festival is a member of the National Drama Festival Association (NDFA) who also organise the British All Winners Festival.

Tickets for single session - adults £8 & children £5, or Ticket for both sessions - adults £14 & children £8

Box office opening from Thursday 14th March daily from 10-12 noon, and on Saturday from 1.30-2pm, and 6.30-7pm. (Unfortunately the box office cannot accept payment by credit/debit card for non-repertory company shows.)

Dawlish Repertory Company is now registered with ‘Easy Fund Raising’.

This means that when you make purchases on-line through their website the Rep can receive a donation at no cost to you. Simply go to www.easyfundraising.org.uk and register as a supporter and select your cause to support - Dawlish Repertory Company. Once registered every time you shop on-line go to Easy Fund Raising and select the retailer that you want to buy from and go to their website via the easy fundraising link. If you do not go via the Easy Fund Raising site you will not qualify for a donation. When you check out a donation will be made to the Rep which varies from retailer to retailer but at no cost to you. It's that easy!
