Singin' in the Rain

Stage musical script written by Betty Comden and Adolph Green, lyrics by Arthur Freed, and music by Nacio Herb Brown

Directed by Maggie Campbell

DMTC are proud to be presenting one of the best-loved musicals of all time, Singin in the Rain. Adapted from the 1952 movie of the same name, the plot closely adheres to the original movie and is set in Hollywood in the waning days of the silent screen era. It focuses on romantic lead Don Lockwood, his sidekick Cosmo Brown, aspiring actress Kathy Selden, and Lockwood's leading lady Lina Lamont, whose less-than-dulcet vocal tones make her an unlikely candidate for stardom in talking pictures. With classic numbers such as Make 'Em Laugh, You are my Lucky Star, Good Morning, and of course the unforgettable Singin in the Rain, this is sure to be a wonderful night of family entertainment, so be sure to book early when the tickets become available.

Tickets are now available on-line at www.ticketsource.co.uk/dawlishmusicals until Friday 5th May.

From Monday 8th May they will be available at the theatre Box Office from 10.00-12.00 daily (except Sundays) until Saturday 20th May 2017.

Tickets are all £12 except for the opening night which are £8 each.
