Login Instructions

The following page will outline the process for create an account, and logining in / out of the website.

The login is for members of the Theatre, and access will be granted based on the active paid up members of the theatre. If you wish to become a member please goto the following page for more information.

Account Creation:

To create an account please clink on the `Create Account` link below the members login boxes. This will take you to the registration page.

Please complete the form ensuring the email address is yours and given is the same as the one provided on your membership form.

Password - we require the following combination for passwords

Minimum Length - Six Charectors

Must Contain - Atleast one integer 

 Once the form has been completed and you press `Register`, there are two next steps


Step 1: You will recieve* a confirmation email to the address provided in the form, and you will need to click on the link to confirm this is your email address.

*Note: We have noticed that sometime these emails go into the Spam Folder, this is not an issue, it just depends on the filtering applied on your email porgram, you may have to move the email / confirm not spam, in order to click on the link.

The email will be from `Dawlish Repertory Company - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Hello John Doe,

Thank you for registering at Dawlish Repertory Company. Your account is created and must be verified before you can use it.

To verify the account click on the following link or copy-paste it in your browser:


After verification an administrator will be notified to activate your account. You'll receive a confirmation when it's done.

Once that account has been activated you may login to http://www.shaftesbury-theatre.net/ using the following username and password:

Username: John Doe

Password: xxxxxxxx


Step 2:  The Administrators of the site will recieve an email asking to approve the account (No passwords are seen / accessible by the admins).

Note: Activation can only happen after Steps 1 and 2 have been completed. Please allow 48hrs for the admins to approve the account, we aim to complete requests well within this time.


Step 3: You will recieve a confirmation email, saying your account has been activated

Example Email :

Hello John Doe,

Your account has been activated by an administrator. You can now login at http://www.shaftesbury-theatre.net/ using the username me and the password you chose while registering.


Step 4: You can now login to the website, by entering the Username and Password provided during registration,  on the main page, you will notice on successful login that a new Members Menu appears, this will provide access to the information specific to members of the theatre.
