By Adam Long, Daniel Singer & Jess Winfield

Dawlish Repertory Company will be presenting The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) from the 6th-10th August where a cast of three will perform all 37 plays in 97 minutes! The cast will weave their wicked way through all of Shakespeare's comedies, histories, and tragedies in one wild ride that will leave you breathless and helpless with laughter. An irreverent, fast-paced romp through the Bard's plays, the play was London's longest-running comedy.

If you would be interested in taking part, please come along to the read through at the Shaftesbury Theatre on Monday 18th March from 7.30pm, or the auditions on Monday 25th March. At the read through the group will read through the script, and you can meet the director (Harriet Vickers) and ask any questions you might have about the rehearsals, audition process or the production itself.  There are three large parts which could be played by either sex and any age (although you will need to be mobile!), so don't be shy, come along. We will also be delighted to welcome anyone interested in just helping backstage, perhaps with the set or lighting, props or costumes. You do not need to be a member of the Repertory Company to come along to the read through or auditions (although if you were offered a part or a role in the production, you would need to join). We hope to see you there!
