The All England Theatre Festival is a national competitive festival for one-act plays. The Shaftesbury Theatre is proud to be hosting the Western Area Semi-Final.

The plays taking part will be the winning entries from TADDfest in Dawlish (on the 16th-17th March), and Exmouth Festival (in the week commencing 9th April), and the winners from the Wessex and Southern Divisions.

The plays will be adjudicated by Jan Palmer Sayer GoDA.

Winners from this round will go straight on to the English Final in June, which is being held in Stoke in Trent this year.  The full Festival timetable can be seen here.
